Many soft skills training has emerged and is in the business of expatiating the various types of soft skills. Students in higher learning and graduates who have no idea, should take these courses and consciously develop these skills.
These skills need to be developed and learned so that it becomes a behaviour.

Younger children shouldn’t be left out in acquiring these skills. Teachers should educate them about soft skills in a way they can understand and engage them in activities that can help them build these skills.
