Mental Health is characterized by the absence of mental illness and by adequate adjustment especially as reflected in feeling comfortable about oneself, positive feelings about others, and the ability to meet the demands of daily life.
Mental Health is also the condition of one’s mental and emotional state.
Teachers’ Mental Health issues are very important because not only does it have a detrimental effect on the teachers, but also the pupils and students.
Statistics show that 77% of teachers have Mental Health challenges, which can affect their pupils if proper precaution is not taken.
Depression and Mental challenges are more common than most people think and it impacts individuals’ social, emotional behaviors, and cognitive level.
Depression can leave some bad traits in individuals, such as anger, confusion, and frustration.
Teachers can transfer aggression to pupils.

School owners should make health consultant available in school, so teachers can have access to them.
- AVOID NEGATIVE THOUGHTS AND THINKING:
Teachers should avoid negative thoughts and get help when needed.
Teachers should always surround themselves with good people by building healthy relationships.
